Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange/Return Policy: Original sales receipt must accompany returns or exchanges. We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way (and specifically for shoes, to include without limitations, foot imprints on the insole and/or discolored or dirty out soles as a result of use), and must not be a special order or a custom order, unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days as may be noted in that item’s description. Shoe Brushes are non-returnable and non-refundable. If an online purchase of an item is incorrectly shipped by us, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to the shipping address provided. Refunds and exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return any item back to StraightMotion LLC. SHIPPING FEES APPLY FOR EXCHANGES.
